Tuesdays 8/15/22/29 Sept 6/13 Oct 3/10/17/24 Nov 1/8 Dec These invitation-only squad sessions provide a high-performance training environment for committed players looking to develop their technical ability, tactical understanding and match play. Sessions are designed to prepare players for competitive netball, with coaching tailored to their age group and stage of development. The weekly sessions cover all aspects of netball in a challenging, supportive and enjoyable environment. Throughout the season, players will also have opportunities to take part in club fixtures, tournaments and additional performance opportunities as appropriate for their squad.
