TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Weekly Training Sessions:

If the courts are unplayable due to severe weather an alternate venue will try to be sourced.

In the event of this being not possible the session will be cancelled with no refund.

Each term’s fees are non refundable once the first session of the term has taken place.

Payment for the new term should be made in advance of the first session.

Holiday Camps:

If spaces are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice, no refund shall be given. Within 48hrs 50% refund will be offered and anything over this a full refund will be given. This is to allow staffing and number of courts to be booked accurately for each camp.
